I have spent my career exploring and unlocking human potential, working with entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, elite athletes, and innovators across the globe.

My work has taken me from collaborating with Olympic athletes and business leaders to partnering with special forces commanders and leading university research teams — each engagement driven by a deep commitment to growth, resilience, and meaningful impact.

Drawing on a unique blend of method acting, theatre training, and Fitzmaurice Voicework, I create immersive, experiential learning environments where transformation begins with the power of story.

With postgraduate and master’s-level qualifications in psychology and sociology, I understand how people think, feel, and work together — and I use that insight to design and facilitate high-performance programs that strengthen resilience, inspire innovation, and equip the next generation of leaders to navigate complexity with confidence.

I have dedicated a lifetime to exploring and unlocking human potential with entrepreneurs and leaders across the community. My work has seen me collaborate with Olympic athletes, business leaders and entrepreneurs, special forces commanders and university research departments.

As a student of method acting, theatre training and Fitzmaurice Voicework, I incorporate experiential learning for audience participation. Growth and development begin the moment participants engage on a meaningful story, tools and strategies come after.

I have been designing and facilitating high performance programs for emerging leaders, athletes, and entrepreneurs across the globe.

My background qualifications include post-graduate and master’s Level degrees and research in the areas of Psychology and Sociology, the study of human behaviour and how people interact with one another in groups and society. My passion is supporting the next generation of leaders with tools and strategies that build resilience and drive meaningful change in the world.

Tom Rujis

Tom holds a master’s degree in organisational psychology obtained at University Utrecht in the Netherlands. He has a strong coaching background spanning 15 years partnering with a broad range of clients in helping solve people & culture as well as strategic business challenges.

He has extensive experience in end-to-end service delivery and project management and is an experienced facilitator.

Tom is well versed across the entire employee lifecycle and has a deep subject matter expertise pertaining to the myriad of factors and behaviours that impact on organisational culture, team and employee experience.

Dimitri is a purpose-driven executive with over 25 years of leadership experience at the intersection of strategy, human-centred design, and all levels of government. He has partnered with government, impact organisations and communities and brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, cultural integrity, governance, and ESG-driven initiatives, with a strong track record in leading complex transformation programs and facilitating senior-level alignment.

Dimitri has built a nationally recognised consultancy and delivered major projects across Indigenous affairs, climate strategy, education, and social impact sectors. He is also a Non-Executive Director at the Centre for Multicultural Youth, contributing to governance, strategy, and communications.
